  • Solicits passwords, personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users.

Violation of the Terms

You understand and agree that in TrueLifeSkills.com's sole discretion, and without prior notice, TrueLifeSkills.com may terminate your access to the site, and remove any unauthorized User content. TrueLifeSkills.com may release user information about you if required by law or subpoena, or if the information is necessary or appropriate to release to address an unlawful or harmful activity.

Purchases and Return Policy

If you purchase items through the TrueLifeSkills.com Website, you are responsible for providing a valid credit card number with available credit at the time of purchase, or valid Paypal account information with available funds at the time of purchase. You represent and warrant that you are an authorized user of any such credit card or the owner of any such Paypal account. You are responsible for payment of any applicable provincial, state, local or city sales taxes. Applicable sales taxes and shipping and handling charges will be included in the purchase. Except where noted otherwise, all sales are final. In the case of damaged or defective merchandise, an exchange will be made within 2 weeks of receipt.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from TrueLifeSkills.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

By using TrueLifeSkills.com, you agree to the collection, transfer, storage and use of your personal information by TrueLifeSkills.com (the "data controller") on servers located in the United States, as further described in our Privacy Policy.

Forum Selection

This site is operated by Cognisage, a Montreal company, with offices in Canada, as a service provided to the LifeSkills Network. The Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, without giving effect to its principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes or controversies arising out of the Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Federal Courts of Canada and/or the Provincial Courts of Quebec and the venue for such disputes shall rest solely with the Federal or Provincial Courts of Quebec.

Statute of Limitations

Any cause of action by the customer must be instituted within one (1) year after purchase or use or be forever waived and barred.

Public Forums

This site makes forums and message boards available to its users. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.
